Our purchases come with a Live Arrival Guarantee!

· We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only -- unless otherwise agreed upon, prior to purchase.

· There is always a small chance that a fish from your order will not be shipped due to health concerns. In this case, we will refund the item(s) or offer a replacement to complete the order.

· If any animal arrives dead, we require three clear photos. Two photos need to be while the animal is still in the unopened bag, with the shipping label in clear view. The third photo need to be the animal out of the bag and placed on a white background. We cannot make determinations on what may have occurred if photos are blurry.

· These pictures must be sent to Fincredible Aquatics within two hours of the time of delivery posted. We will check the timestamp on the tracking number to confirm the time of delivery. No exceptions.

· We will need 24 hours to process your claim. A refund will only be issued for what arrived DOA (dead on arrival).

· Should you choose a replacement for the DOA instead of a refund, be aware that the shipping costs are not included in the guarantee. Any additional shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid prior to shipping out the replacement(s).

· In the unfortunate case that the shipment is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in route, the buyer is responsible to file a claim with the shipping company. The seller will not be responsible for these events.

Please note, the following situations will void our Live Arrival Guarantee:

· If the delivery of the package is unsuccessful on the first delivery attempt.

· If the package is lost due to theft. In the event of theft, contact the shipping company to file a claim.

· If the bag is opened. We cannot take responsibility for the fish once the bag is opened, as it is not possible for us to know that things such as the acclimation process have been followed and what your tank parameters are.

Lastly, we do not take returns on livestock.
